Her career experience includes roles in data management, project management, mental and community health, and business development. She is the owner of JMJB Film Production Company and JNQ Logistics Corp, both of which operate in Orange. Hilbert has served on several local committees, including the City of Orange Citizens Budget Advisory Committee and the Affirmative Action Commission.
