Rachel Lillian Wallace

Rachel Wallace is a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Pennsylvania's 9th Congressional District. Born and raised in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, her public service career includes serving as Chief of Staff in the White House Office of Management and Budget, as well as roles in the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Senate. She began her career working for former U.S. Representative Tim Holden. Her campaign focuses on protecting healthcare access and lowering the cost of living.
