Scott DeTro PLLC in Okanogan. Kelley holds an AA Degree for Legal Secretary and an AA Degree for Paralegal, having worked in law offices since graduating from Okanogan High School in 1980. Born in Chelan, she has lived in Malott and Okanogan for most of her life. She has been a member of Soroptimist for about 32 years, serving in various leadership roles.
