Ralph Groves is a retired U.S. Army Major, Iraq War veteran, and former Defense Intelligence Agency civilian analyst. During his military career, he deployed to Baghdad and served on the staff of General Petraeus. He later provided intelligence analysis on Iran for the Department of Defense. He recently served as the Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Orange County and is the 2026 Libertarian candidate for Florida's 11th Congressional District.
