Ray Bilger is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House representing Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District. A native of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, he served in the U.S. Air Force for 35 years as a military intelligence specialist, participating in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He later worked as a security officer and intelligence analyst for the NSA and State Department, including serving as the NSA Technical Director for Cyber Analysis from 2015 to 2017.
