Ray Conger

Ray Conger is a Republican candidate for Cecil County Council in District 2. A resident of Elkton, he is a 21-year veteran of the Maryland Army National Guard with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Conger has a history of community involvement through various nonprofits and veteran service organizations. His campaign platform emphasizes government accountability, fiscal discipline to limit budget growth, and a balanced approach to economic development. A father of five, he has been an active member of the community, with four of his children attending Cecil County Public Schools. He also serves on the Cecil County Commission on Veterans Affairs.
