Raymond Liu is a technology professional who currently serves as a member of the Fremont City Council, representing District 6. Elected in 2024, he became the youngest person to serve on the council. Prior to his election, he worked as a software engineer. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Liu earned associate's degrees from Ohlone College and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California, Davis.
