Raymond Mondragon is a candidate for Clovis Community College Board of Trustees Member, District 4 in Clovis, New Mexico — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Raymond Mondragon has a long history of public service. He began his career as a Communication Specialist with the Clovis Police Department, eventually rising to become Chief of Police. He later served as the City Manager for Clovis. After retiring from the city, he held positions in economic development, including with ENMR Plateau and the Eastern Plains Council of Governments (EPCOG), where he currently serves as a Governmental Specialist. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy, and the NM Leadership program. Mondragon has attended Eastern New Mexico University, Clovis Community College, Command College, and Arizona State University. He has served on numerous boards and commissions, including appointments by Governor Bill Richardson to the New Mexico Economic Partnership and the Economic Development Commission.
