Raymond Mondragon is a candidate for Clovis Community College Board of Trustees - District 4 in Clovis, New Mexico — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Raymond Mondragon has a long history of public service in Clovis, New Mexico. He began his career as a Communication Specialist with the Clovis Police Department and rose through the ranks to become Chief of Police. He later served as City Manager for the City of Clovis. After retiring from the city, he worked as the Director of Economic Development with ENMR Plateau and held positions with the Eastern Plains Council of Governments, where he is currently a Governmental Specialist. Mondragon is an alumnus of Clovis High School and has attended Eastern New Mexico University and Clovis Community College. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico. He has served on numerous boards and commissions, including the New Mexico Base Planning Commission, the Clovis Economic Incentive Board, and as a former chairman of the Clovis Community College Board of Trustees.
