Rebecca Dow is an incumbent Republican State Representative for New Mexico's 38th district, encompassing parts of Doña Ana, Sierra, and Socorro counties. She currently serves from 2025, having previously held the seat from 2017 to 2022. Dow is a businesswoman and educator by profession, holding an associate degree from Tulsa Community College and a bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University. She is running for re-election in the 2026 Republican primary. Throughout her legislative career, she has been active on various committees, including Appropriations and Finance, and Transportation, Public Works & Capital Improvements. She previously sought the Republican nomination for New Mexico governor in 2022.
