Rebecca McCall is a current member of the Henderson County Board of Commissioners, representing District 4. She was first sworn into office on December 3, 2018, and her current term expires in December 2026. She announced in August 2025 that she would seek a third term. McCall is retired from Hubbell Lighting Inc. (2003-2017) and previously worked at GE Lighting Inc. (1991-2001). Her educational background includes a bachelor of business administration from Montreat College, an associate degree in mechanical drafting & design technology from Blue Ridge Community College, and a junior college diploma from Brevard College. She is married with three children and seven grandchildren. McCall has served as both vice chair and chair of the Board of Commissioners and has been the county's representative on the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) for five years.
