Regina G. Young is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 185 since 2020. She earned a B.A. in communications from Central Connecticut State University and an M.A. in community development and urban studies from Eastern University. Prior to her election, Young worked as a community schools coordinator in the Philadelphia Mayor's Office of Education and founded the Empowered Community Development Corporation.
