Regina Lewis-Ward is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, currently serving District 115. Born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1959, she grew up in public housing and is also an adjunct instructor and children's book author. She represents parts of DeKalb and Henry counties. In her legislative role, she serves on committees including Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, Governmental Affairs, Judiciary, Judiciary Non-Civil, Reapportionment & Redistricting, and Rules. Lewis-Ward is actively involved in promoting fair elections as a senior fellow for Fair Fight Action and chairs the Democratic Party of Georgia Henry County Committee. She is seeking re-election in the 2026 Georgia Primary Election for her current seat.
