Regina Parker is a judge for the 2nd Superior Court District in North Carolina. She was appointed to the District Court bench in 2001 by Governor James B. Hunt, becoming the first female and African American judge in the district. She served as Chief District Court Judge for the 2nd Judicial District from 2018 until her appointment to the Superior Court.
