Reginald Gaffney Sr. is a Democratic candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 13, in the 2026 election. He previously served two terms on the Jacksonville City Council representing District 7, beginning in 2015. A graduate of Florida A&M University, Gaffney founded the Community Rehabilitation Center, a behavioral health organization. During his career, he has also been appointed to several state board positions by former Florida governors.
