Rhian Tutson is an investigator and author who served as a Florida Highway Patrol trooper and traffic homicide investigator, then as a Department of Children and Families child protective investigator, and later as a Duval County Public Schools investigator. She earned a bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and a graduate degree from the University of North Florida. She ran as a Democratic candidate for Florida House District 14 in 2026 and authored "The Fourth Floor: Scarred Systems" under the pen name R.A. Tutson.
