Richard "Rick" W. Allen is an incumbent U.S. Representative for Georgia's 12th Congressional District, a position he has held since 2015. He is a candidate for re-election in the 2026 Georgia Primary Election. Prior to his service in Congress, Allen owned and operated RW Allen & Associates starting in 2000. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from Auburn University in 1973 after graduating from Evans High School. On economic policy, Allen advocates for a free market approach, believing in loosening Washington's grip to allow the economy to flourish.
