Richard G Mason

Richard "Rick" Mason, a Republican from Lisbon, Maine, is currently serving his fourth term as State Representative for House District 97. He is the Ranking Member on the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Committee and also serves on the Transportation Committee. A graduate of Lisbon High School, Mason owns and operates Rick Mason Excavation, Inc. His legislative efforts have included clarifying moose hunting permits and funding snowmobile trails, and he has advocated for revoking Gulf of Maine offshore wind leases. Mason is now campaigning for election to the Maine State Senate for District 17 in the Republican primary scheduled for June 9, 2026.
