Richard Guggenheim is a Republican candidate for Colorado State Senate District 25 in the 2026 primary election. He holds a bachelor's from BYU-Idaho, an M.D. from Colorado State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Idaho. His career experience includes agriculture and serving as a plant health programs manager at the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Guggenheim is a whistleblower against his agency regarding a DEI training initiative, stating it's "time to walk the talk."
