Richard H Campbell

Richard H. Campbell, also known as Dick, is an incumbent Republican State Representative for District 19 in the Maine House of Representatives. A seasoned legislator, he has served numerous terms and currently holds ranking member positions on the Rules and Business of the House, and Environment and Natural Resources Committees, in addition to serving on the Ethics Committee. By profession, Campbell is a Design/Build Contractor-Developer. His legislative work reflects engagement with issues such as water rights, waste management, advanced technology infrastructure, and energy, including small modular nuclear reactors. A United States Air Force veteran, he is single with three children and four grandchildren. He is running for re-election in the 2026 Republican primary.
