Richard S. Irvin is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 81st Legislative District since 2015. Prior to serving in the state legislature, Irvin was the Treasurer of Huntingdon County for 18 years, from 1996 to 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In the House, he serves as the Republican chairman of the Housing and Community Development Committee.
