Rick Bowers is a 2026 Republican candidate for Queen Anne's County Commissioner At-Large in Maryland. A Centreville resident, Bowers has been active in politics for years, including serving as vice chair of the Queen Anne's County Republican Central Committee. He previously ran for the Maryland State Senate for District 36 in 2022 and for the Maryland House of Delegates for District 36 in 2018, competing in the Republican primaries for both.
