Rick Tift

Rick Tift is the former Executive Director of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, where he worked for 45 years, including 19 years as Executive Director, before retiring in August 2023. He has lived in Bremerton since 1960, graduated from Central Kitsap High School, and holds a BA from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Puget Sound. Tift has also served on the Bremerton Planning Commission and the Community Development Block Grant deliberation committee.
