Ricky Knoles is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House representing Florida's 4th Congressional District in 2026. A U.S. Army veteran who served from 1996 to 1999, Knoles has worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher and briefly as a sheriff's deputy. He earned a bachelor's degree from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2005. Knoles previously ran for the Clay County School Board in 2024 before withdrawing from the race.
