  • Crypto & Digital Assets

    Supports

Supports U.S. leadership in blockchain technology with pro-American regulatory frameworks and opposes a central bank digital currency.

The status quo in crypto and digital assets is unworkable. If the United States wants to lead the development of blockchain technology, rather than deferring to countries like Russia and China, we need regulatory frameworks that promote American values and foster this emerging industry... I oppose any central bank digital currency as a violation of fundamental American values.

  • Energy

    Supports

Supports West Virginia's coal and natural gas industries and opposes efforts to shut down fossil-fuel production that would cost jobs.

Fossil fuels power America's economy and provide high quality jobs to West Virginians. Yet radical Democrats are trying to shut down the coal industry and throttle our burgeoning natural gas sector. They're actively trying to kill thousands of West Virginia jobs. I won't let that happen.

  • ESG & Corporate Activism

    Opposes

Opposes 'woke corporations' and ESG as a means for Democrats and big business to implement policy outside the legislative process.

Democrats have learned that they can't get their radical policies implemented through the legislative process. Instead, they've tried to team up with woke corporations to implement social engineering. I've fought back - and won. I'll keep pushing - and winning - in Washington to make sure big business doesn't do big government's dirty work.

  • Gun Policy & Second Amendment

    Supports

Supports the right to keep and bear arms and opposes any 'backdoor gun registry.'

As a proud West Virginian, I will ALWAYS stand up for the rights of our citizens to keep and bear firearms. Whether for hunting or self-defense, this right of the people shall not be infringed, even in the face of relentless liberal efforts to disarm us. I've already fought and won on this issue here in West Virginia. When the credit card companies tried to team up with Michael Bloomberg and liberal gun-grabbers to create a backdoor gun registry, I stopped them.

  • Immigration

    Supports

Supports finishing the border wall, empowering law enforcement to remove illegal immigrants, and 'zero' illegal immigration.

A nation without a border is not a nation. The Biden administration's abdication of its responsibility to secure our border is unacceptable... When I get to Congress I will work with President Trump to finish the border wall and empower law enforcement with the authority necessary to send illegal immigrants back... The only acceptable level of illegal immigration is zero.

  • Reproductive Rights & Abortion

    Opposes

Pro-life: believes life begins at conception and aims to end the tragedy of abortion.

I believe in life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death. During my time in the West Virginia House of Delegates I had a 100% pro-life voting record and that's why I'm proud to be endorsed by West Virginians for Life. We must work to end the tragedy of abortion.
