A Salt Lake City resident, Owen's background includes serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, working as a White House policy analyst focusing on trade and manufacturing, and holding degrees from Princeton and Oxford. He is currently CEO of Doers Network and an intelligence officer in the Navy Reserve. Owen is running to defend American workers, support families, and curb career politicians. His platform includes zoning reforms, removing phones from classrooms, banning congressional stock trading, and enacting term limits. He believes in restoring the American dream and trust in institutions.
