Rob Blakely

Rob Blakely is a Republican candidate running for Register of Wills in Caroline County, Maryland. Based in Denton, Maryland, his campaign is organized under the committee Citizens for Rob Blakely. Blakely previously sought the same countywide office during the 2022 election cycle. In that race, he ran as the Democratic Party nominee, advancing past the July 2022 primary before ultimately losing the November general election to Republican Jim Phelps. Now running as a Republican for the 2026 primary election, Blakely is once again seeking the position to serve Caroline County voters as their next Register of Wills.
