Rob Toyer is a self-employed financial advisor and founder of Toyer Wealth Management. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for six years, including a deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He previously served on the Marysville City Council from 2011 to 2019. He was elected to the Arlington City Council for a term beginning in January 2024. He holds a bachelor's degree from Western Washington University and an associate degree from Everett Community College.
