Robert Lee James is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 64th District since 2013. Prior to entering politics, James served in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1972. He later worked in commercial banking and investment management for several decades. James holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from Clarion University. He serves as the Republican chairman of the House Labor and Industry Committee.
