Robert Lulgjuraj is an attorney and a Republican candidate for Michigan's 10th Congressional District in 2026. A former prosecutor in Wayne and Macomb counties, he helped create the Digital Evidence Optimization Unit in the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office. He is the grandson of Albanian immigrants and grew up in Sterling Heights. Lulgjuraj earned his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross College at Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
