Robert Matthew Breeding is a Maryland public servant and Republican candidate running for the Washington County Board of County Commissioners. Prior to his work in county financial administration, Breeding had a career in law enforcement and the military, serving as a Maryland State Trooper and an Army Reserve Military Police officer.
