Robert N. Gurtcheff II is a candidate for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for District 170. A U.S. Army veteran, he deployed to Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Iraq as a Counterintelligence Special Agent. Following his military service, he earned his Certified Fraud Examiner credentials and currently works as a fraud investigator for a health insurance company. Gurtcheff holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Temple University and has served as a Democratic committeeman.
