Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he graduated from Parkville High School and attended the University of Maryland Global Campus. His professional experience also includes working as a writer. People is running as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Florida's 15th Congressional District in 2026.
