Robert S. Wagner is a nonpartisan candidate running for the Harford County Board of Education to represent District E in Maryland in 2026. Born in Harford County in 1957, Wagner graduated from Bel Air High School in 1975 and earned an associate degree from Harford Community College in 1979. He has an extensive background in local government, having previously served as a Republican member of the Harford County Council for District E from 1990 to 2006, including a term as president, and again from 2018 to 2022. Outside of his political service, Wagner has professional experience working as a family farm manager and in the freight brokerage industry.
