Robert Stevens is an incumbent Republican politician representing District 13 in the Tennessee House of Representatives, having assumed office on January 10, 2023. Born on May 23, 1985, he holds a degree in political science from Lipscomb University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis. A resident of Smyrna, Stevens has championed conservative legislation, including bills to prohibit child mutilation, extend protections from COVID mandates, define "sex" as male and female in Tennessee law, protect girls' sports, and ban ESG investment strategies. He also served as Deputy Republican Whip from 2023-2024. Stevens is a candidate for re-election in the 2026 Tennessee Primary.
