Robert W. Kauffman is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 89th District since 2005. He serves as the Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. A graduate of American University, he previously served as vice chairman of the Greene Township Board of Supervisors. In his community, Kauffman is a member of the Greene Township Lions Club and the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Scotland, Pennsylvania, with his family.
