Robin Harvey

Robin Harvey is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 10. She currently serves as the District 1 representative on the Baltimore County Board of Education, a position she has held since December 2022. With over 20 years of experience as a public servant, Harvey is a social worker dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families in Maryland. She is the Executive Director for the Office of Licensing and Monitoring for the Maryland Department of Human Services. In 2017, her work in protecting vulnerable children earned her the Hero Award from the Baltimore Child Abuse Center. Harvey earned a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of William and Mary.
