Robin Lockett is a community organizer and the Tampa Bay Regional Director for Florida Rising. A Tampa native, she has extensive experience in civic engagement, having served as the Political Chair for the Hillsborough County NAACP and President of the Hillsborough County Democratic Black Caucus. Lockett previously ran for Tampa City Council in 2023, advancing to a runoff election. She is running as a Democratic candidate for the Florida House of Representatives to represent District 63 in 2026.
