Rod Dembowski is a candidate for Metropolitan King County Council District No. 1 in King County, Washington — 2025 General Election. Running as Democratic (officially Nonpartisan).

Rod Dembowski has served on the King County Council for District 1 since February 2013. Born and raised in King County, he graduated from Hazen High School, earned a business degree from Georgetown University, and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001. Before joining the council, he worked as a policy analyst for the King County Executive and as an attorney at the firm Foster Pepper, focusing on real estate, land use, and municipal law. He has also served as a Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County.
