Rodney Outlaw is a community leader and educator who has lived in Walla Walla for a decade. He is the founder and Executive Director of the Running Waters Equity Fund, which addresses systemic inequities in the Walla Walla Valley. He also serves as the President of The Health Center Board of Directors. He founded the Walla Walla Music Organization to provide youth with opportunities in music production and is a founding faculty member of the Audio Engineering program at Walla Walla Community College. He graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Science with a degree in Audio Engineering and has over 15 years of experience in the music industry.
