Roger Krieger

Roger Krieger is the incumbent and current board chairman for the Spokane County Fire District 4 commissioners. He graduated from Deer Park High School and earned a bachelor's degree in education from Eastern Washington University. Krieger worked for 32 years as the community service director for the city of Deer Park, retiring in 2023, and previously worked for the government of Petersburg, Alaska. He has a background as a volunteer firefighter for 18 years in both Alaska and Spokane County Fire District 4. He was first appointed to the commissioner seat in 2011.
