Roman Kozak Jr. is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 14th district since 2025. Prior to his election, Kozak worked as a legislative aide, a world history teacher at the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, and handled logistics in the transportation industry. He has also served as chairman of the Beaver County Republican Committee. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Geneva College.
