Ronald Bohannan is the owner and president of Tierra West, LLC, a land use planning, civil engineering, and development management company he co-founded in 1986. With over 40 years of experience, his expertise includes development management, design engineering, field inspection, surveying, and drafting. He earned an engineering degree and has since been involved in numerous projects, including subdivisions, hydraulic structures, and commercial developments throughout New Mexico and Texas. In December 2022, he was selected to serve as an engineer for the City of Albuquerque's Development Hearing Officer (DHO) team.
