Rosemary Maula Brown is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing District 40 since 2022. She previously served six terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing the 189th district from 2011 to 2022. In the Senate, Brown chairs the Community, Economic and Recreational Development Committee and vice-chairs the Local Government Committee. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Scranton and currently resides in Middle Smithfield Township.
