Rosie Pino is a Clifton City Councilwoman and former Clifton Board of Education member. The daughter of Ecuadorian immigrants, Pino earned a degree in finance from Rutgers University and worked as a bank examiner for the U.S. Department of the Treasury. First elected to the Clifton City Council in 2018, she is running as a Republican for New Jersey's 9th Congressional District in the 2026 election, focusing on fiscal responsibility, economic opportunity, and border security.
