Roy Caldwell is a Republican candidate for Montana State House District 84, campaigning on integrity, service, and community. A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, he retired after 32 years of service, having earned a bachelor's degree from the Air Force Academy. Caldwell's diverse professional background includes 12 years as an FAA-certified Aircraft Dispatcher, a middle school science teacher, and nearly a decade with the Department of Veterans Affairs, most recently as a Management and Program Analyst. He also served as a House Sergeant at Arms staffer during the 2025 Montana Legislative Session. Active in his community, he volunteers with the Boy Scouts and Civil Air Patrol, and is Vice Commander of American Legion Post 2 in Helena. Caldwell advocates for protecting life from conception, fostering economic growth through incentives, integrating civics education, and encouraging private sector solutions for housing. He is a father of two sons.
