Dr. Rudolph "Rudy" Moise is an osteopathic physician, attorney, entrepreneur, and retired U.S. Air Force colonel running for Florida's 20th Congressional District in 2026. Born in Haiti, Moise immigrated to the U.S. at age 17 and earned a DO from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as an MBA and JD from the University of Miami. He served 21 years as a flight surgeon in the Air Force Reserve. Moise is the owner and medical director of Comprehensive Medical Aesthetics in Miami.
