Rudy Recile is a retired U.S. Army Major and small business owner running for California's 8th Congressional District. Born in Canada to a Filipino mother, Recile served in the military for 26 years before retiring in 2014. He earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and a master's degree from the National Graduate School of Quality Management. After working as a data manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, he started his own web design and consulting business.
