Rush Bricken, born in 1951, is an incumbent Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for District 47, which includes Tullahoma and McMinnville. A former banker and CPA, he previously served as CEO/CFO of Coffee County Bank and as a Coffee County Commissioner. First elected in 2018, he is seeking re-election in 2026. Bricken is a staunch advocate for small businesses, having received the "Guardian of Small Business Award" for his work as Vice Chair of the House Commerce Committee. He aims to foster strong job growth and ease burdens on job creators in Tennessee.
