Russ Ingalls was born in Japan in 1964, the second of four boys. Because his father was a career Navy man, Russ was raised traveling the world. Upon his father's retirement, the family settled in his hometown of Irasburg; he graduated from Lake Region Union High School in 1983. Ingalls is a top producer in real estate and enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, boating, and the outdoors. He has served in the Vermont Senate since 2019.
